By using our website and purchasing our natural products, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and payment must be made in full before dispatch using the accepted payment methods at checkout.

2.. Variations

Because all products are natural slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur. These small differences show the uniqueness of the products and are not faults.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP / £). Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order via the online secure checkout. Goods will not be dispatched until clear funds are received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

4. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times are guides, not exact guarantees. The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping details. We are not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party couriers or postal services.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, buyers have 14 days from receiving non-custom goods to notify the seller of a return. Items must be sent back unused and in original packaging within 14 days of that notice.

6. Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, the buyer must contact Woolly Smit at woollysmit@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos so a replacement or refund can be arranged.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any injury caused by the misuse of our products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price paid for the goods.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
